we are so excited to be hosting our SUMMER 2026 Feel Good Retreat back at the gorgeous Rachel's Farm, Stirlingshire!
this stunning countryside location offers tranquility, luxurious Scandi interiors, a light an airy barn for all our group activities, nature and a safe space.
we have had so much fun here over the past 2 years, we can't wait to be back!
our retreat weekends include:
a 2 night stay at Rachel's Farm
a weekend of nutritious food from Food with Jooj - think colourful and seasonal (and of course, this includes the Saturday night dinner party!)
exercise classes led by Emma Williams including boxing, strength and stretch
optional run and walks
a bespoke massage or reflexology treatment from Zoe in Wellness
group activities such as mindfulness and self-improvement sessions and group oracle card readings - time to get reflective!
free time to explore the beautiful surroundings, chill in the hot tub, read a book, have a nap or chat with friends - old or new!
and of course, some additional surprises along the way - we don’t want to give everything away!
