THE FEEL GOOD PROJECT DAY EVENTS
Full payment is required to secure your place at the event.
Full refunds will be issued 7 days prior to the event, a 50% refund will be issued 4 days prior to the event and no refunds will be issued less that 48 hours prior to the event.
All travel arrangements are your responsibility and at your own cost. We shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from delays or cancellations in any of the companies you may have made arrangements with.
Your personal belongings are your own responsibility and we are not responsible for loss or damage of your belongings.
We reserve the right to charge for any breakages or damage to the venue or any items belonging to the venue or ourselves. This includes breakages, spillages, stains and damage to furniture, fixings or equipment.
It is your responsibility to let the organisers know if you have any injuries and to be mindful at all times of your own body’s capability during any exercise sessions. If you experience any injury or discomfort during any activity during the event, then you must desist immediately.
We and the involved parties do not share customer details with any 3rd parties. Any personal information that you provide to us will be used only for the purpose of the event.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking without compensation, refund or reimbursement if the terms and conditions are breached.
