We're so excited to bring you our first parent and baby class!
Here's a little bit more info on what to expect...
- A strength based fitness class with Emma for you and your baby (or bump!) specifically focusing on exercises to strengthen pelvic floor, core and glutes
- A signature Feel Good Project brunch by Jooj - think colour, nutrients and tasty treats
- A chance to meet and chat with other parents in and around Edinburgh
- We will provide an exercise mat but please feel free to bring along a play mat and any toys for your baby

Please arrive prompt so we can get started and you can get the most out of your time. There is a lift for buggys and buggys can be parked outside the exercise hall. Car seats can be taken inside the hall if preferred.

Bumps, Babies & Brunch
This class is for parents and baby (under 1's) or mum's to be.
Mama's - you must be at least 6 weeks pp and cleared for exercise.
Please inform us of any dietary requirements prior to the event. We will do our best to cater for dietary requirements but due to the nature of some events, this may not always be possible.
